It worked before and it was awesome. Now, even thought the may 8th update claimed to fix connection issues, it won't work. Edit: I was told that the bug was fixed, and it's not pairing to my device yet again! Come on guys, this isn't a cheap product and I would appreciate if it actually worked. There's no point in trying to update it if every time you update it the product is useless.

Still waiting for the "common error" to get solved. I bought the printer 5 years ago or a bit more, installed rhe app and worked perfectly. I stopped ising it for a couple of years, and a few months ago I bought new paper to continue using it, I downloaded the last version of Polaroid Zip, and for my surprise, the Bluetooth is not recognizing the device. I am very disappinted, customer care does not even have a resolution date and my paper will expire someday soon...waste of money.

This device is great but ive been trying for an hour to get it to connect and its not doing anything. Ive tried everything i could think of now im just frushterated. It worked great yesterday and wont do anything today. Please help me fix this issue

my phone cant find my printer anymore. it just keeps searching for it and it won't change; i've checked the connection, the wifi, i've even tried to reset my phone and printer and nothing. It was a cute printer when it worked but now its just an expensive paperweight. what the hell???

Edit: It all works now This app does not work, they have fixed no connectivity issues. Tried on an iPhone and Android, apps on both phones updated to firmware 3.9 and still doesn't work. Phone recognizes the printer in bluetooth settings however the app cannot connect to the printer

Had this app for many years they have the same boring boarders they had 5 years ago no new stickers its just the same stuff nothings changed few years ago they did add halloween stickers only lasted few days but they need to come out with new boarders after 5 years or let u design ur own add new stickers new words
