Payment problems almost every time I've been using the app. Payment status not updating on the app till actually cancel it. If you want go back you have to cancel the order, then it goes step back. Pain in the bum, but website is even worse if you use it on mobile.

Just use the web page. App vibrates on every touch which you cannot disable, but don't even bother installing it because it won't let you place an order. Typing post code maybe shows a dropdown with wrong city names, if you choose one it will be locked on order screen, but usually it shows nothing and does not allow you to proceed.

I have been using this application for the long time (period of last few years). Recently service dropped down dramatically. I have ordered a mango cake and I the recipient received cream one. The explanation was 'decorations look my vary'... The whole cake varied. I have sent picture from the website and the photo of product received - two different products. Same reply 'decorations may vary'. Well, if you want to get what are you paying for I would not recommend this website as a place to go..

lots of problems with payment, didn't accept PayPal, didn't accept Google pay, in the end had to use my card details for payment to go through! usually they are very good , so do not know what happened this time??!!

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them. They have no customer service team. Order flowers and scheduled delivery for my wedding anniversary, did not show up until the following day and they refuse to reply to my emails and refund me despite getting the product. Worst online company I've ever dealt with. Should not be allowed to operate this scam!!

Seems like it could come in handy when I need to order flowers to be delivered in Poland. Unlucky for me, however, there is no polish to english option.
