I love this appt! I passed my exam on the first try. I used this appt along with the videos and study guide that came with the prep materials. The appt really helped me get a full understanding especially when I got a question wrong and it gives explanation on the correct answers and where to find it in the book.

Just passed NASM cpt exam with ease. 120 questions under 45 minutes. I finished the self study program in a month and a half. I did about 100 questions a week with the pocket prep, went over all the explanations on the questions i got wrong. A week away from exam day. I did 300 questions a day, 100 at a time. I Made sure i passed every attempt and completely understand the subject. The pocket prep made it so much easier to study, instead of reading over my notes. Thank you!

I think this app took an unexpected, but not completely bad turn after the most recent update (adding 300 questions). If you look at some of the questions that have been added, you can see that the format doesn't match the format of the questions from the study guides and practice exams that NASM provides. Some of these questions aren't structured in the way that NASM wants you to understand the material. That being said, the app has helped me tremendously. I would just suggest that the developers get an editorial opinion from a NASM certified trainer (preferably a master trainer). That being said, just by using and looking at the app, I can definitely tell that a lot of people put a lot of time and hard work developing the app and questions. I'm taking the test in a few days and I am fairly comfortable with the material (partly thanks to this app). Whoever uses this app in it's current state will receive ample benefit; just remember to adhere to the structure of questions that NASM provides in their course material and keep that question structure in mind while studying.

Love this app!!! Just took my test and passed on 10/22/18. App has about 800 questions (paid version of course)and answers/explanations to each one and where you can find in the book. This is a very handy tool but like most people would say, don't memorize the answers but know it or know the reasoning behind that answer. The test gets in depth with their questioning but with this and the study guide you should be fine. Passed on the first try. Great App.
