They took my money and ran. When contacting them to ask for a refund, after not receiving the paid version for 3+ wks, they said the error has just been fixed. Then they started ignoring the word refund, especially when I never received what I needed.

currently using this in preparation for my CNA state Prometric exam... very informative but dont use it as your only form of study because if you dont have the extended version the questions repeat and you're answering like the same 10 everytime. other than that no faults.
