I will respectfully disagree with Nocholas' review but echo Sweet Touch Hall's. I took the exam 2.5 weeks ago and failed, scored a 521. Much like Hall I was confused and disheartened because I was rocking 80-100% on the practice exams. Then when I thought about my problem areas, client assessment and exercise implementation, I realized that I needed to do a bit of studying on my own off this app (utilizing other references) I just retook the exam and passed! So although this app cannot be used alone to guarantee passing (not that it claims to) it absolutely was helpful on ~60% of the exam with at least 10 questions word for word on the exam. Using this app reduced the amount of time and resources I had to use on other formats....for $20. If you're serious about becoming a trainer, I 100% recommend this app as solid supplement to your studying. Again, I would use other sources to help with client assessment and program implementation (%HRR, %RM, #reps/sets, etc.)

I love this app! It's easy to use and I didn't mind spending money for the 1 time purchase. The only problem I have is that I can't look at my flagged questions unless they are in a quiz. I would like the option to view my flagged questions without a quiz so I can use it with my text book!

well , I took the exam yesterday and passed ,got 608/800 exam is tough . About prepu , I bought the premium version and yes it helped me , the difficulty level of questions is good . and kind of similar to acsm exam , it will give u tons of practice questions and things u dont catch when u read the book yourself. but if u r planning on mugging up the questions in prepu and giving the exam , solely relying on prepu ( bad idea) My advice 1) Exam is tough , understand the concepts extremely well .

Very good study guide. Only down side is some time the answer is always the last options or it's one of the other 3 top answers. Would like it always random.
