I have prepaid for wifi and although tv is good wifi keeps shutting off on my Android. I had Xfinity in Florida for 2 yrs and had no problem.It stinks that it just keeps going offline and says wifi "saved" ? Ok I know it wasn't the app's fault sorry for being so harsh. I am a "to the point person" bordering on rude... I know now even more so since I'm older. The app is fine I kind of wish it had some sort of settings to work with. But it's ok Again sorry. Carol

Built in ad blocking for any wifi device (phone, tvs, etc) is worth it alone. Finally some of that functionality that used to be exclusive to my PC can now be had even on youtube on my TV. Easily my favorite feature.

Not sure whether this is an Atlantic BroadBand issue, or Plume. ABB installed a new "gateway", and forgot to mention that it no longer supports WiFi. 3 months and dozens of hours calling later, we finally called billing to tell them we were cancelling all service. They FINALLY connected us to the right Customer Service group, and I was told I would have to pay additional for WiFi. Our phones don't have decent service at our home, so we have no choice... A week later the box arrives, missing the Ethernet cable... A few days later we manage to get one, and plug it in. We have to set the app up on one of our phones, but we can't because we don't have WiFi without setting the app up, but we don't have WiFi or data service. (Duh). CATCH 22. We're both seniors, disabled, and the car is in the shop, so we can't even drive to McD's or DQ to use their WiFi. Significantly we can't contact the CDC to report side effects of the Covid shots without WiFi. This is a real health issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN YEARS.

Isnt showing my devices at all so I have no parental control. I also now have no internet in the back of my home even with the special speed pods. (I should add I live in a small duplex not a mansion.) When they first came out they hooked it up incorrectly as well to my cable line and plugged everything into a extension cord even when I pointed out and asked them to use a power strip. I cant even express how disappointed I am.

Been using this app for over a month now. I am loving the parental controls. You can freeze individual devices so your children have to respond to you to get their internet back. If you have ever wanted an easy way to control your internet usage for literally every device in your home, this is it. If I see someone on my internet that shouldnt be there I can block them immediately. I am enjoying how easy it is to monitor how many devices and which devices are connected to my internet any time

I've been using WiFi Your Way for a little over a month and love it! I used to have issues getting wifi in my bedrooms and for 1 camera because of the plaster walls/distance. This new service has resolved that issue. It's especially nice with the parental controls to limit my daughter's screen time on certain devices. I have a schedule set that will turn off the wifi on certain devices on school nights! Plus many other nice features. I highly recommend this service!
