Worked, bought content and enjoyed. However for last month or so app won't load and in a continual loop. Love Sony HW but their forays into managing content has been inconsistent with their Brand and not up to the competition. Last update to this app was 8 months ago?!? Wish they had just posted to do a Force Stop and clear Storage and Cache...as that seems to have solved, for now

Doesn't show the movies that are on sale on the playstation store. Going through the genres is excruciating because everything you select a movie read the description then press back you are returned to the top of the list. There are 1000s of movies and to go through them over and over is terrible. The I lu good thing I can say about the app is I can watch what I've purchased. To search for anything new on the app itself is a waste of time.

Great, until recently. Was awesome while it lasted. About a yr ago I lost my internet connection. So I downloaded this app on my phone so I could still watch my movies/shows. Was a great way to use what I payed for still. But for the past couple months, I cant load anything. It goes to play, and then it kicks me back to the library saying try again🙄😭 I want my stuff man

Now app does not work at all does not even load up when cleared cache & everything. Downloaded a movie & still does not let me watch it unless go to My Videos which still does not work. Now have clear cache since PlayStation Video seems to always have issues 24/7 mean that literally as I open app says services are down. I have cleared cache & signed it yet can not access the app or content I have purchased what a joke of a service.

App doesn't load and hasn't been an update since last year 2020.. not sure what to do now since I have a a few purchased movies and can't watch them. Definitely want this issue resolved soon so I can get back to enjoying my movies I purchased.

The app doesn't work, I can't watch movies that I paid for this is ridiculous this app never works and no one ever fixes it it seems like it's always having problems and it's always telling me that it'll be better in a few hours but it never gets better I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it that doesn't work the app itself is just broken... In truth is not one star it's zero Stars.
