Useful, but incredibly frustrating and difficult to understand if new to this grade of aural music

FRUSTRATING. Repetitive, didn't accept the *very loud* clapping saying it was "too soft", extremely slow instructions, overall - a painful experience and a waste of time (luckily, not money as there is no chance I would be paying for this).
