Best restaurant app in Saudi Arabia Quick Fast Easy Only 1 problem i came across, the GPS for the driver delivery , I don't even really blame the app for it, even Google maps itself sometimes goes crazy about it 😛 Well done Maestro 👏

You need to register to order but it only tells you in the checkout. I tried but the verification message never arrived... ordered from Domino's instead...

They always surprise me with new features nobody has it. Last option is delivering to your car and sending them location where you standing. I got to know that the idea came from one of Saudi youth employee joined recently. Keep going saudies I'm really happy for you

This application is so bad. It has no way to raise a complaint or refund your payment if the order is not completed. I was ordering online and I paid with my Visa catd. Just after they payment has been completed, the application referred me back to the previous page and the order is not completed neither the money returned to the Visa.

In the past they had so many great offers as the second large pizza for free, 1 SR or even 5 SR. It is getting worse every month relying on those hooked at first. Now, I am shifting to those who appreciate their loyal customers without mentioning names!!! I have not ordered Maestro Pitzza in months as they lost me and others I see in the comments as well! في السابق كان عندهم عروض الآن اعتمدوا على اكتساحهم السوق أول ما نزلوا والآن يحاولون ليستعيدوا ثقة الناس بعدما خسروها. لم أطلب منهم من شهور!!!

I gave it 2 stars only as we had good 'history' together. My last 2 orders were miserable. The first reached 2 hours late (no one called to apologise before or after delivery, and the call center picked up my call after around 30 minutes!.) Today I made the order early to receive it 45 minutes before prayer time. I thought they adapted to the new norms and things would go better, especially that one month passed since my last order, however, things are worse: no delivery, no call & no answer!
