Tried almost 5 consecutive days - but the OTP never came. Tried changing my alternate number as well. Not worked either. This is for the developer of the app : What kind of App it is which just doesn't work in this high time of pandemic. Are you even aware of this problem ?Have you ever checked the feedbacks in the play store ? I think you never did. Please pay attention and make it correct as soon as possible. Please don't let WB down to us and others.

This app has been documented at a National Level as a prerequisite for air travel to West Bengal and it does not work. The first thing that the App should carry out is a 2FA by generating an OTP and that does not happen. I am really doubtful as to the status of other features in the app. This goes to the Dev Team: The App is nicknamed "Sandhane", could have better been nicknamed "OTP-r Sandhane"

No OTP gets generated, no matter how many times you try it. Tried with different numbers. Switched between Mobile Data & Wifi but still no positive response. Complete Harrasment for users. What next alternative do I try? Wait outside till I finally get affected by the virus? Why do you create such apps? Provided by Govt of WB. Describes clearly the concern of Government towards it's public. So many complaints for the same issue but still no improvement measure have been taken.

What a wonderful app👌👌 OTP generate function works so fine just it never came, no matter how many times i tried. I tried before my flight i tried after my flight and days after that too, switched numbers, uninstall it again install it again tried several times but OTP is still coming. Please resolve this problem in this pandemic period so that people and govt can benefited.

App is not functional since I never got an OTP to complete the initial registration. Tried several times and also on both my numbers but without any luck. State govt should either immediately fix this issue or take this app down, but otherwise it just creates unnecessary confusion which is frankly unwarranted in these times.

have been trying for the past three days but haven't been able to log in since OTP is not being generated....have tried changing my mobile number but that too is of no use....got to know this app is sort of prerequisite for domestic air travellers to west bengal..... It's my sincere request to the developer to fix the technical issues and don't let us down in this trying time.....
