Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WeDJ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Im not sure if it's just me whose experiencing this issue with the app, but what i noticed is that the bluetooth connectivity of the app via android device has a lagg or delay using the ddj 200 controller. I noticed that there's a delayed 0.5sec delay before it transmits the command from the controller to the app. Giving me a hard time to mix my music intutively and precisely. I always end up off beat when i mix in another track from my current one on the other deck. Please fix this pioneer!

Songs play as if they have scratches but the app is great. Please insert types of scratching sounds in the decks and add other two decks to make them four. Need more real dj drops and also edit our own drops. We need real dj turntable which can lock beat of a song and also try and make the turntable look like a pioneer turntable and lastly make it have a screen so as we can play video songs... Do this as first as you can and ill be thankful. Sad thing is that i can't play more than 5 songs.

Difficult to give more than 2 stars when it doesn't do it's job fully. Reviewed with DDJ 200 pair up as designed... Good at a basic functiomality level, but unlike iOS version: - No built in tutorials and guides - No streaming services - No recording exporting - No transition FX - No recommended tracks

Good but could be better. I like this app dont get me wrong but i feel like a secondary human for using Android. The Apple wedj app is better! Update for android users Please? Only 4 hot cues on android 🤔 Ther is 8 on IOS I am also not a big fan of the dark app and would like to be able to change colours of the decks. However DDJ200 connected and this app comes alive the only fault with using the Hot cues is they play straight away. Would be nice to be able to jump to cue without it playing

All good for the ddj 200 ,but we're is the transition FX, option on the android version ,, says it's not supported! Why have it on the controller, n then not on the app? I don't do apple so only have a chromebook n I can't use this feature! Come on Pioneer sort it out! Update needed! Please. 😕

It works, it's the best DJing app if you have the ddj 200, it hasn't been updated in a year though which is poor, especially since the iOS version has a whole heap of new features that aren't on here... I'm now seriously contemplating buying an iPhone just because of it

Make the music your own.
- 2-channel layout: Play and mix two different tracks at the same time.
- FX (effects): Change the texture of the sound using various FX, such as Echo and Reverb.
- Sampler (sound effects): Get creative by triggering included sounds including Horn and Siren.
- 3-band EQ & Mixer: Mix smoothly by adjusting the volume of three sound ranges: high, medium, and low.
- Tempo slider: Control the speed of each track and use Master Tempo to prevent changes to the key.

Easy DJ mixing
- Beat Sync: Sync the tempo of two songs with the touch of a button.
- Crossfader: Adjust the volume balance of the two tracks.
- Pre-cueing: Split the stereo output to check the monitor and master outputs separately before you perform each mix (split cable required - comes with the DDJ-200).

Play your favorite parts of a track
- Loop: Choose a section of a track and play it repeatedly.
- Hot Cue: Mark the point in a track where you want to start playing from and jump to it at any time.
