I love this! It makes me feel comfortable and relax, specially the questions community! There are lots of nice people who can actually help you go along with your day and make you feel motivated. Also, NO ADS. It has an ads banner at the bottom but it won't annoy you, for real! I just suggest that you try to add some more features like having to mention someone or notifications if someone answered or liked your question. And a section where you can see the questions you've answered. Love this!!

I've been going through a really hard time with my mental health this past year and I was looking for an safe place for me to reflect and work towards a better mental state. This app has been perfect for that. It's short little questions that take about a minute to answer each day and they help you analyze your life/situations/problems while allowing you to see all the blessings in your life. I have had this app for a few months now and its been extreamly helpful and the community is amazing.

This app makes you think about things that we would often look past. Somethings that aren't very noticeable. Somethings that we feel but we didn't know we felt like that. It's refreshing to know about oneself. I've been using this app only for about 30 days and I know I look forward to answering these questions every day.

I honestly love this. It's simple and very insightful. The questions are spot on. I haven't kept up with any other mindulness type diary or journal but I really look forward to popping in daily to see the question and take a few moments to really think and consider my life.

Love it. The questions are really eye opening and help you to learn about yourself on a deeper level. If I may, could I recommend that in the Questions community real-time reactions be added, or something like a chat room where we're able to speak to people real time. It's just a suggestion otherwise a really great app. I don't regret installing it.

The diary's questions give me important and relevant topics to write and record. I appreciate looking back at my previous responses. It enables me to find changes and/or improvements in myself. Easy to use app. Basic, interesting as well.
