Terrible service, ordered same day pickup through another company with them and almost a week later still have not gotten my stuff and they won't even give me an estimated date of delivery. I've talked to their customer service representatives and they just keep giving me the run around.

Love it, i see reviews of people complaining. I dont know why me wife and i work together and we make anywhere from 500-700 daily so whomever complains here has no clue

This App is not a logistics app to help you find loads in your area. This app is for management of loads you are offered and assigned from someone else who sees the requests, then through another app offers it to drivers. It's NOT like Citizen Shipper or Dispatch at all. It works well for what it is, but I wasn't clear on the distinction between the other logistic apps that you can see all loads in a region and can choose from. With that said, it works very well for what it is. Good experience

If you work for this company expect to be put out of your own pocket for gas on runs that are canceled for 3 weeks +!! They set up deliveries for items that aren't even paid for at all! They expect YOU to call & make sure the run that THEY sent you IS EVEN PAID FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!?? This company is a joke.. Unprofessional managers as well..

I signed up in Ft Lauderdale. I was told you sign on with the app and take calls that work for you in your spare time. What was told to me was far from the truth. I took some deliveries. You must take photos of the items you move and submit them in the app. My app never worked properly. Gus, the manager complained I was making mistakes until he saw the app was flawed. This company is a hot mess. Go with Bungi if you want to make extra cash with your truck. Pick Up isn't ready to roll uou
