Is not a something to make photo invitations I can see. Asks for alot of permissions you should not need like unlocking home screen.

I love downloading photos of my bias. This is a great app for me and sense I dont want any more photos saved in my gallery, there is a gallery for you in the app which I think is really cool. I love how I myself is able to post pictures. My favorite part of Photo Card is that fans all over the world are able to support their bias by voting for their chance to win presents for their birthday. It gets even cooler, because if you don't know who to vote for, for you have more than one bias, it's okay because you can vote for all of your biases and the top three will win if they have the most votes. Photo Card is a great app and if you like kpop, it's definitely a great app for you.
