About this app

The most important rental housing industry event of the year is coming to the Orange County Fair and Event Center on Thursday, March 9, 2017. Produced by the Apartment Association of Orange County, the trade show features a broad range of exhibitors and industry experts that serve the needs of all rental housing professionals. Attendees range from single unit owners to representatives of large management firms.

The AAOC is making attendance free to everyone, even if you are not a member of the association. Exhibitors include representatives from all construction trades, professionals specializing in accounting, law, insurance, tax planning, property management, collection and more—plus a large number of other companies serving the industry.

The Apartment Association of Orange County has been hosting this industry event for 46 years. Our continued goal is to offer rental housing professionals the opportunity to discover all the resources and advice they need under one roof. The event is also a great opportunity to meet industry peers and build professional relationships.

Door prizes, raffle prizes and even cash prizes will be awarded throughout the day. The AAOC offers a wealth of resources to its members and offers discounts for those who choose to join the day of the show!
