Great app, already got a present for my son what he loves. However, the notification button always shows more numbers of alerts than what actually is there - if there are any. When they had a promotion what I wanted to be part of the app did not let me complete the application.. This was the only downside. It is a great program and I can just advise you take part in it if you use any pampers products!

Hard work. Something that busy parents do no need. The app seems great, rewards for what parents spend a huge amount of money on, but... the photo system doesn't work. Take photos of your receipts for points, sounds simple. but its not. The system is too sensitive and more often than not, you need to resubmit everything multiple times before you get awarded a measly amount of points. I'm fairly IT literate, but even this app annoys me. The camera system needs to be a certain angle, lighting and clarity before it even begins to detect and accept the validity of you receipt. Then you wait ages for CS to respond if you really can be bothered to get points for a big shop. Too much hard work for little reward. We saved for two years and managed to save for a £20 Entertainer voucher, a good reward, but we saved for two years (including all those rejected receipts, great!?). If you can be bothered, do it. But if not, not worth it.

Very frustrating customer experience! It used to be ok but they have reduced the range of rewards to practically nothing, as well as making it impossible to get points. Every receipt I scan comes back with error messages that are totally inaccurate, for example they'll say the maths doesn't add up on the receipt or something stupid like that. Then when you try to get support there's just this stupid automated chat bot that keeps you waiting for ages then kicks you out. Pointless and frustrating.

The app started off really well, but since the recent update, it's been a complete joke. I don't expect much from 'reward apps' but like most people I do my shopping online. There are so many issues! After tonight's attempted 3 uploads of the same receipt. Attempt 1) Rejected: Date, Total, time of purchase must be visible (ok it wasn't a great pic, but we have a stupid non-customisable crop in this app version now), Attempt 2) Scanned the receipts on high resolution (with a scanner) Rejected: No Pampers products on receipt (THERE ARE TWO! WOW!) and Attempt 3: You may have uploaded this receipt already. (Yes, I have, but its been rejected because you people cannot read!). There have been multiple times in the past where I have put a big stonking arrow pointing you guys to your own products. Do you view these receipts on a 2 inch mobile screen that has no zoom function? Surely on a PC, in an office? The receipts have come back from processing so fast in the latest update that it stinks of machine based checking. I have been a loyal customer to Pampers. I have no issue taking the time participating in their rewards program, but It would be nice if you didn't waste peoples time.

App was working fine until I was told to update it last month. Since then everytime I try to submit my receipts I get a technical failure message. I've tried uninstalling the app but it's made no difference. It seems pampers are aware of the issue but it has not been fixed yet. Will soon be deleting it all together and giving up.

Have been using this app for a few months now, had been getting on great with the old version but since the update (today) it won't work, not letting me take a photo of my reciept, seems I can't press the camera option, nothing happens! Quite disappointed as was really looking forward to collecting my reward for my baby after all the saving of my points!!
