I had high expectations from this app when it was initially launched. The rewards were average but customer service was superb. They always promptly took action whenever any receipt was giving me error. The upgraded version resulted in better rewards but extremely poor customer service since the past few months. Not a single receipt of mine has been accepted and I didn't receive any response from the customer service as well so I just gave up on this app in disappointment.

Very poor app- Constant problems with uploading receipts. More importantly, I cannot redeem points as the rewards page never loads. Bugs havent been fixed despite numerous emails and complaints to the Pamers team-just going in circles and I have not been able to redeem anything despite having accumulated 1000s of points over past years. I have given up and lost faith in the Pampers brand. Update: the below response by the team doesn't solve anything. Multiple emails with all info sent already.

It's good when it works. I keep getting the same error message, monthly scan limit exceeded when I've only scanned 4 receipts that month or as of today no scans accepted and it won't work. I've had to contact customer services so many times to get my receipts added it's such a pain

No use of this is app. Bills and rewards are keep rejecting. Simply time wasting. No use of contacting them. No use of sending mails. Very happy to hear that you are closing this app.

Unable to redeem points for gift card. Everytime I select the a value in the 'Value' drop-down, the 'order now' button vanishes. Last time it was so easy to redeem points. It's not working this time.

horrible app, just a fraud. I was adding all the receipts and following the app, but when the time came to redeem the voucher they are not giving anything. I redeem 1000 points 30 Oct 2018!!! until now I didn't receive anything. I wrote them no reply. don't see any sense in continuing with such app. And every time issue with the receipts. a lot of time it is getting rejected.
