Don't believe the prices or savings quoted in this app. The app said that my Vue tickets would be half price with a £7.50 e-code, but in actual fact a ticket at that cinema is only £6.74. Using e-codes through this app actually cost me more than booking direct with the cinema. I then found out that you cannot get refunds on e-codes bought through Perks at Work. EDIT I have reached out, as you suggest, and have been told that e-codes are non-refundable.

Bad app, just like other user mentioned, it is lacking on how to login, even RCNXTRA website just gives username but doesn't say anything about password. useless app, going to delete and never install again. I don't understand how people make apps that does work and release it to customers. atleast make beta version for testing purpose. I can see that last review was made on 8th feb 2019 and today is 28th feb 2019 and still no fix.

Perks, Discount!!!. Went and purchased 3 tickets for the odeon with discount. When actually cheaper to buy at the odeon or online. Plus only adults and kids tickets available. My kids are now teenagers. so the kids codes don't work when buying tickets. Out of date and misleading. Customer service is a joke.. update... we did. Useless email reply, with no help... trading standards here we come.

I would advice against using this service. There is no after sales care and the tickets are sometimes cheaper direct from the retailer. it's not a deal at all if you are buying children's tickets as well. They don't have enough warnings to say where some vouchers can't be used and they will not offer refunds for vouchers that don't work. I've used it 2 times and had issues both times.

I've had this now for almost 2 weeks and every time I try and log in the log in button just spins. I close the app and open it again, the button still spins even with no information. A good idea and I'm sure it'll be great, when I can log in.

This is a rubbish app! Can't get past the log on page, keeps telling me the password is incorrect, which it isn't because I use the exact same details when logging in via the website at work and there are no issues then. It's a waste of time.
