I find the app handy for payment, but I still have to order online through the web browser, so I can't get reward points. I feel like I'm losing out on rewards every time I order in advance 😕

This app is terrible. I used to use orogo app which was much, much better. To order this app takes you to a web page which is slow to load on mobile. In short it reduces my desire to use Vital.
