Why does this app need to access my location, camera and photos and why do I have to let it automatically check me in on social media before I can order a coffee from the shop next door? Where are the opt out options? How do I get my money refunded? Great idea; great coffee; terrible app !!!

Basically unusable by me. I would be happy with a refund of my credit. Although they have the best coffee its the worst app. Seems many customers are having their orders delivered to the wrong outlet and it's a know problem for the staff. Maybe it'a time to withdraw this app, and move over to a reliable platform such as the more generic ones on the market. it's really not fit for purpose.

Always improving, but still has its faults. Would be great to receive a warning that the order hasn't gone through (e.g. due to lack of funds).

Some of the best coffee I've ever had, but one of the worst apps I've ever used. Buggy as hell - have had orders randomly sent to the wrong shop, orders go missing without any warning, and a GDPR policy that wouldn't take No as an answer. Latest issue is that it is forcing me to log in to the app every single time I use it, even when I have already ordered earlier in the day. Why??
