To get your loyalty stamps you need to check in. To do that, you are advised to use the shop's WiFi. To do that, you need to register to the WiFi, which asks even for the users birthday. This is a MASSIVE violation of privacy, so terms not accepted and app uninstalled. Maybe I shouldn't even set foot to these stores ever again.

Good idea but needs to be developed further. As mentioned by others ability to order in app would be good. Only 3 stars for the moment because the app regularly logs out for no reason, just when you want to use it you have to fiddle with number and password! Also staff sometimes find it difficult to identify you on the system.

Placed an order via the app, got confirmation and was charged. Got to store and they knew nothing about it. And there's no way to contact support in the app to report the issue so I'm just out the money and there's no way to get my top up money refunded from the app either. Not impressed.

Nice app in principle. But every few days my login details are "forgotten" and I have reached the point where I can't be bothered to keep re-entering them.

Misleading with their 2 free coffees ad, need to spend loads before you can redeem a free coffee. Cheap advertising activities to get you to install the app. It also demands you give them your picture so they can steal your private information for marketing or tracking purposes.

I love black sheep coffee and app was ok for me (I use it for check in only and collecting points). Recent upgrade is not the best one. Instead on one click check in I have to do three clicks.
