I have downloaded this app a few times, with no luck. Sprint says the app is corrupted. I am able to.log in on other devices. Please fix !

Camera works 20% of the time. Last trip away it went offline. I have taken the camera off the account and re linked it 6 times. Sometimes it displays live feed other times I see a spinning wait circle for 5 minutes and give up. Sometimes I get a uh oh message and the app closes. I have been with sprint since 2002 and only had 1 bad experience with a phone that was so bad I got a refund. I love sprint but can't recommend this camera.

Set up was easy. It would have been nice to have a longer power cord. Does not seem to work with any other cord. Motion record needs improvement I get a notification of movement as movement is going away from the camera keep in mind one way in and out so it's not catching everything. Downloading is possible but it does not seem to download to my Note 8 but works on my iPad. For any support you are directed to Sprint coustomer care. Hope to see some improvements to device

I'm incredibly upset with how glitchy this app is. Extremely slow load times. Tried to view my camera today and it never loaded. Glitches during repair when I got home. And only recorded two out of five motions me and my room mate tested throughout the day.

Setup was pretty straight forward. Unfortunately, all I can get is a still shot that updates when it wants to. Live feed and all the main features do not work. Device is close to wifi signal and still nothing. Very disappointing. Will hold on for a few days but will return if things don't get better.

Cant connect, camera will not pair with app on phone. Functionality of product is no good. whats the point if product doesnt work as intended... very frustrated. Side note, camera will not even go into pairing mode any longer. Purchased device and a day later still have not been able to connect.
