Thiss bloody app is not working any kind of wifi area..!! It's always saying "Connection Error". It's kind of poor app. Not recommended to buy this. SLT charges is Rs 100/= p.m Can't fix this problem by self..!!,☹️☹️

Your customer service is extremely poor. I made two complaints on Monday (12/7) & Tuesday (12/8) regarding a "PeoTV Go" issue and both the tickets have been closed by SLT without even calling the customer and the problem still exists. If the technical staff cannot understand the issue recorded by the Helpdesk staff, they should call the customer and get it clarified before closing the ticket. It would be really nice if you can teach “customer service basics” to your helpdesk & technical staff. So that all of us can save time and effort.

Unsuscribe option not available in the app. When tried to login to the selfacare portal it says "please verify the link sent to your email address then login again". But the email never came Update: Contacted the call centre on 16/08/2020 and asked to remove the subscription and they confirmed it will be done. Then again after the next months' bill I called again and they confirmed again that it will be removed. However, I have been charged continuously for 3 months for the above subscription

Utter disappointment. Logins expire for some reason, can't use the same username password to login again when using web. Lags big time. Best unoptimized app I have ever seen. SLT never does anything right the first time

Mobitel subscription option is disabled. No one from the customer support was capable of handling the problem.
