I found this worthy during my ample time to leave behind something that others can quickly refer especially when it is their first exposure to clinical rotation. Contents in this Application are for use among clinical students if it pleases them.

It has been my pleasure sharing moments with so many people during my stay at MUHAS and I would love to recognize their untiring support and encouragement during my stay. I dedicate this to my beautiful classmates and teachers.
