I believe the app itself, is great! However, the "specilized" tutors who are behind the screen lack from respect, and patience to students/customers! I had a tutor, his name was "Swati" who would constantly say, things like, "Please wait, I'm reading the problem" and would never let me know when I was able to continue typing/moving on. At some point I felt I l was being ignored by him. At the end I had to close the session because he had me waiting for a "yes" or "No" answer for over 10 min!!😡

This Android app is outdated, so I do not use it. But the Smarthinking tutor services available via logging in to their website are superb.

How do you register to login? What kind of app that doesn't have an option for registration????😳 👀. Who ever that developed the app needs to create those necessary options to make the app more efficient and convenient to user!

An expantion pack update needs to be added to feature all the avalible functions it has online. It would be wonderful if the toutor fuction would be avalible for a drop-in or question.

The Token ID never works. I can't even login, this app is lame.
