Horrible experience. This app is a rip-off. You can watch for free on free air. I'll be canceling as soon as football playoffs are over with. This app offers nothing new . Just about everything is streamed everywhere, eles for free or better options. This was a promotional event that I should be receiving . The problem is not my provider but it This company . I have already been in contact with them to resolve the issue and found it was this company making things difficult.

Constantly staggering and bad quality. When the nfl games are in, the app at times won't even open but instead get an network error. I have 1gbps internet and have these issues on all my devices. Nvidia shield pro, firestick 4k max, Google Chromecast 4k. We have most of the major streaming services and have no issues with any of them except for PEACOCK.

Positives: Plays the videos you click on. That's about it. Negative: literally zero customizability. No settings. Biggest omission: no way to turn off auto play. This is criminal. People have data limits. God forbid you ever fall asleep watching a show.. it'll play every single episode forever. And if the series ends? The horror continues as it will auto play a random new show. Absolutely f'ing ridiculous. No option to turn this off, no app check for recent user interaction.

NFL exclusive on Peacock. They are not ready for this. I have 600mb download speed. Sick of the pixelating and the buffering. Very disappointing. They need to step up their game. Update. Give credit when it's due. Did a hard power reset on my TV. Fixed the issue above. Not a peacock streaming issue, was on my end. Apologies but updated the rating

PLEASE make it easier to remove shows from "continue watching"! Sometimes I start something, decide I don't like it, but stuck with it in continue watching list! Unlike others, shows tend to stay there! Also app needs the option to turn on/off Auto Play! I hate that if I fall asleep it continues playing, sometimes things I don't want to watch!

I love the shows and movies that peacock offers, but the app doesn't work well with Android. You can't watch it in mini mode like with Amazon, YouTube or Netflix to answer a text message. And sometimes if I get a call or message while a video plays, my phone freezes up and doesn't respond. My phone is only two years old and it's updated to the latest version of Android. If they update peacock to be more friendly, I'll change my score to 5 stars.
