I am a long-time subscriber. This update will not allow me to sign in. I can enter my email address, but the app insists on having my account number, the only catch is that there is no place on the login screen to enter it! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times without success. My Android version is 5.1.1 and the play store says it may not be optimized, but that is an understatement.

Long time subscriber too. Right now, I can log in but cannot read the magazine. I am prompted to buy it or get an "unexpected error." I often had issues with the previous version. It is not clear to me that the content is worth the price and the hassle of the apps.

Won't let me download. Can only read current issue, anything else wants me to buy issue or subscribe, and then gives "unexpected error". Been a PC mag subscriber since very first isse. just got notice to renew in September. So I know I have an account and subscription...

I cannot restore my current subscription purchased thru Google Play. I spent hours trying to resolve the problem. It says inside the app if I have a paid subscription that was purchased from Google play I can restore. Well I tried many times and it will not.
