Really crappy of Carl's Jr and Hardee's to change this app into a Spanish only app no options. I will say this... If they don't restore the old app and all my points, Carl's and Hardee's have just lost me as a lifetime customer!

My old app stopped working, I try this one and it's in Spanish only. I didn't let it discourage me as I'm not an idiot and I can assume where my username and password goes and where enter should be. Once logged in I noticed that my points did NOT carry over to the new app and this is when I decided to write this review. Only as a warning to others as a multi million dollar corporation isn't going to fix this (as they would have already) and it's not going to deter me or anyone else from eating here so, why would they care?

The Super Star Rewards app stopped working about a week ago. Now it doesn't even show on the Play Store and all we have is a Spanish-only app that doesn't have any other language settings.

What happened to the original super star Rewards app? I had a lot of points on that app in the damn thing will not open up. I cannot find the app on the App Store now
