Super unhappy with this app. I did a factory reset on my phone, once reinstalling the app all my credit, offers & transactions had disappeared. Customer services said they would look into it & then just didn't respond. More recently I tried to reinstall it again. Credit was there this time but no transaction history. I contacted customer services again, they said everything was up to date. I tried to use the remaining credit & it doesn't work. Think I'm going to delete the app and cut my losses

I wasn't sure about this app to start with, as seemed like a lot of work setting up. However once I started it was easy, I'm so glad I did as this is definitely the way forward. Easy to use, save time with fiddling around with coins, use in so many places, all this and offers, discounts and competitions. It's a win 🏆

Makes using vending machines more convenient especially during covid 19 with restrictions only issue I had was when setting up the app to start with the terms and conditions where not displayed in English and couldn't seem to find a way to change that

Initially unsure about the app as the setup seemed overly complicated and I am still unsure why it needs access permissions to make phonecalls and to my photos etc ... but as a functional app, it's great!! 👍

So far so good. The I inital set up is a bit confusing. But once its done it's so easy to connect to a vender by Bluetooth, credit shows on the machine and just choose what you want. Brilliant concept!

Terrible UX. Gave up and waiting till we get home to eat. No alternative to app for payment, all a bit pointless really...
