The app is saying user authentication failed and I paid for this app, please look into the issue but the videos were good and I'd be glad if u get back to me with the issues and made the interface much more better

The best app to study Pathology. Preeti Madam is just fabulous. All the concepts thoroughly cleared with adequate explanation, But there are some issues regarding the app: 1)There are multiple background noises coming throughout the lecture multiple nmbr of times, even once I hav heard somebody talking in background. So the background musking needs to be improved. 2)The app crashes very oftenly specially after 6-7 hrs of contd. lecture. 3)A topic regarding Rb gene is missing in Neoplasia chapter

App is excellent but the credit hours allotted are very less for paid members. It's my earnest request to Preeti madam and her team members of this app kindly upload the remaining topics as well as remaining system that yet to be uploaded at the earliest. Hope you will do the needful and increase the credit hours if possible for the betterment of paid members on humanitarian ground.

there is no setting for video quality so the video runs at very high quality and slow. i will irritate while useing this app by buffering at very few second. so plz mam do update the app with qualilty setting so we run at such a qualilty at which the video doesnot interupt plz mam, update the app with low quality setting as soon as possible. i used my 90% data in seeing 2 videos of half an hour.

There appears to be some technical fault... it wont sign in...and after signing it ... all pages appear blank
