I shop online often and this app by far is the most simplest I have used. It is absolutely straightforward and pleasing to the eye, even a child would be able to navigate through it with ease. Just got two suggestions: 1. Mention total order amount before and after VAT during checkout please. 2. How about adding your loyalty program to online purchases? This would encourage customers to buy from you more often.

Today I placed an order for a few items on the app, called them twice to ensure that the items are in stock but instead ended up giving them(2 persons, individually) the directions to our apartment which is in the same locality of the supermarket. They couldn't use Google maps to find Danat Al Nahda.wow! Inspite of me calling them twice, the gentlemen couldn't inform me that the actual prices are double of what's on the app. Great!

It would be great if you add your promotions or product with promo online. Also your product list are incomplete. A lot of product on your brochures but not present online.

The minimum limit for vegetables is 250gm. This becomes very high for lemons, ginger, etc. All the items available in th shop are not showcased in th app.
