I paid for subscription more then 3 different times and on different phones, using different email addresses and at first while you get the 30-90 days free subscription it works really well. Then after you start paying for subscription it has issues and it happened to myself more than 3 times. I tried to delete app then download again then it happened again so I get frustrated and just end up paying for few months then just cancel subscription. Really liked it when it works.

Horrible user interface, blows my mind that a company would spend this much money buying and monopolizing shows would not invest in upgrading the software where it matters most. Connectivity issues, progress loss when watching certain shows, disconnection from the app, random exits halfway through a show, freezing, not being able to select the next episode . Not sure what airheads work at the main office. It's a miracle you guys still have a job. Frustrating to deal with, do something about it

It is have jam everytime. Even I use 5G. Every5 second buffering.but no use. Try so many solutions they advise by technical team. Nothing changed drive to madness. If you not fix this issue. No need the app at all.

What is the point of paying a subscription if I'm still gonna have to watch ads?! The content is good, but the app still has a lot to fix! Subtitles don't always appear even though you it was turned on! If you are watching a show, there's no way to navigate between episodes!

I subscribed for the World Cup 2023 package. The telecast is not exactly live, it has a delay of 3-4 minutes. Even some free streaming sites have exact live telecast, then why an app like starzplay cannot provide exact live telecast without delay. Very frustrating after paying so much.

Scammers. I paid and it did not work, I cancelled again and paid once again because I dont wNt to miss a football game, and the same issue happened again in 1 week!!!! If you contact their customer service on facebook (because they dont have a phone number or a chat) they get back to you in a couple of days and they dont do anything at all. Worst pay to watch service ever. Use TOD its much better
