This app has really gone downhill. Most of the times the claw won't drop down. Other times I've had the game tell me I lost before even moving the crane. I have it installed but I only check in to get free plays. Do not spend your money getting tokens/coins. I only had one successful win and that's with the 5 free plays you get when you first install the app. It's too bad I can't post the videos as proof. Some of the anime figures are Counterfeit, so be careful with your money is all.

This app was fun at first but more problems started to arise. The claws started to lag more and more often, the claw would let go of a toy when it was a definite win. I've reached out about this problem before and was told I should provide video proof and so I began screenrecording, when I've sent videos of this I received no response. I am waiting for my last package from the app, but am not able to track it at all, I've reached out about this multiple times but have not gotten any response.

Everytime I use the claw machine it just never holds the toy the next time I play it, and this has been happening for the past 2 months, I used up alot of money for these coins and I got nothing in return, I have not won a single claw machine since the first time I tried, and I never got that toy delivered because you have to get two clawed toys and not just include a free toy that you get from the daily spin wheel. I'm starting to think the people think I'm just a robot or something or they rig

I would suggest avoiding this game. It is very easy to win the first prize, but they won't ship unless you win a second. You have 60 days to win a second before the first expires. You'll spend the next 2 months watching claws let go of prizes. I've got a week or two left and am contemplating just uninstalling.

My experience is similar to others. Won a prize on the free trial, but you need two prizes to claim. Since then the claws open up, even when you've got a good grab. The daily coin giveaway I'm also sure is rigged as I've consecutively for a week just gotten the "no prize". Don't waste your time or money. I spent $10 of Google play money on it, and didn't get a single other prize, again, most I had a good grab on the prize but the claw opened up on its way back to prize slot.

the game is laggy most of the time the cameras arent even straight, its rigged that you cant even redeem your prize cause no matter what, after your first successful grab, everything is just a loss, yes they try make it up but refunding your prize by x5 tokens after 60 days but it's pointless if the machine doesnt allow you to grab the damn toy after the first successful one. Also the daily lottery always gives that 12% coupon which im never gonna use
