Takes an age to load, can't sign in as the sign in screen is partially obscured. And that's before I've even got into the app! May be because it's designed for phones not tablets, but should be usable at least!

After long battle I managed to sign in with my magazine subscriber number, then it worked for a while, but now won't load, crashes each time it opens. The only positive is that the Estates Gazette app is nearly as bad (though EG does at least open!). Feels so dated I suspect the app developer might still be using a 56.6kbps modem!

Can't sign in on Android tablet to download magazine to device. Various emails to the help team and still not resolved. Tedious
