I love the magazine but because of the drop in the AUD$ decided to try the online version, but now I have discovered that I don't always have access to the issues I have paid for and downloaded. I had mistakenly thought that downloading the magazine would be like downloading any other ebook I have purchased. Unfortunately this appears to not be the case. I tried to read my magazine when I was offline but sadly I was unable to access any of the issues which I had downIoaded!

Subscribed but wont let me read the specials. Asks me to subscribe again but google says im already subcribed. Why cant i read the specials when ive paid for them? Get your act together and fix this!
