Nation Media group is a big company, and it is losing out a lot due to a buggy app. At one time I couldn't read the paper I had bought using mpesa, it couldn't reflect the payment. I uninstalled and waited. NOW, I cant even read the papers, the paper opens and immediately exits. I think a change in the design team will help. Redesign the app to get more subscriptions.

This current version of the app beats the purpose of subscribing to an epaper. An ePaper should have the look and feel of the hard copy paper. Having the articles on the ePaper blurred, so that we are forced to click on the article, so that we read on a pop-up window is not a good experience. Customer Support in non-existence. No replies to my emails.

This new update not working, only titles legible, content blurry. Earlier version used to work well. You need to refund this month's subscription.

Bogus app. I have a long term subscription and I can only read the paper about once a week. It barely works

App takes up over 1gb of internal storage after downloading only one edition of the e-paper, text is blurred out, takes forever to move from one page to the next even after downloading the paper and now the app keeps crashing everytime I open it... What is ?
