I like this app and reading the books is useful for my job. The PC / web based version seems fine but I need this to work better on my Android tablet. I literally have to login to this app every single time my tablet times out, is locked, or even sometimes after an undetermined time period. And no the user account / password is not saved on my tablet, I have to type it in every time. This is so cumbersome with the passwords I set and reducing my enjoyment of the app. In fact I have stopped using it on my tablet and thats the reason I subscribed to Packt in the first place, to read books on the go. Please fix this - I have also logged this via their support system. If this doesn't improve I will be removing this app from my device and cancelling my sub, seems this isn't a new problem either.

The content is good, but the app needs polishing. My biggest gripe is when watching videos fullscreen, that when it plays the next section, it is no longer fullscreen. Also, I should be able to download all videos for a course at once, instead of having to download each section individually.

Just here to reduce a STAR. Your Web and Mobile app both have to improve a lot to enhance the user experience to using it. For now it is a struggle to read a book OR go through a video in a smooth fashion. I just checked the last update date is OCT 2019, come on guys bring viewing experience, features and stability to the environment. You guys need to value UX OR you would loose loyal customers like me.

First i got charged two weeks early into the"free month". Then I got a second surprise charge after "cancelling". Now they probably didn't technically chest me on the latter but it's the only service I've had any problems cancelling with so given prior behavior I'm guessing they tricked me somehow. That plus all the begging and nonsense when you try to cancel.

Packpub must be improve this app, althouth your content is good but the app is really mess, it always force me login again after i navigate back from another app and usually say try again while reading.

When I'm trying to read a book, it keep saying "Something went wrong, please check your Internet connection and try again..." even though there is nothing wrong with my Internet
