1. The messages are easy to customize 2. The message recording has elves voices, music, and the way that Santa speaks is easy for small child to understand. 3. The certificate box was just adorable. Pictures were high quality prints, very beautiful smaller version of a sleigh bell, letter addressed to my child was written clearly, so she could read most of it and the way that all arrived - the wrapping, the contents, made her a believer in Christmas magic. Thank you, Team.

Great when it works. Our kiddos' calls did not come on Christmas Eve this year. I had to login to reschedule them for the day after Christmas. Even then, the app stopped & shut down instead of calling. I logged in & had to manually push the call now button for each child. The kids caught in to the fact that there wasn't variety in the after Christmas call options. We've used the app for several years & this is the first time we've had problems. Looks like the software hasn't been updated.

This was so cute! I was able to put in my sons name, age, what state we lived and more. It even had options for the type of call, so I chose the naughty list(you can do it) because my youngest has been acting like a demon the last couple of months so I thought this may straighten him out. It ultimately had no effect on him because his only 2 but my husband and I thought it was such an adorable concept! Im sure it works a lot better with kids a couple of years older but it was still fun!

From the preview I heard she gonna love it but I don't like that you cannot personalize the names that are not on your list. I believe if you could record the person placing the order saying the childs name you then will be able to really personalize the call, or give more options with the nicknames. My lil girl nickname is Sweet pea but Sweetie was the closest option I had to her name. But again I love this app 😍.

Well the first thing was a checkbox "YES sign me up for Santa related updates"... I didn't want to do that, I just wanted to use it at my own will. But unchecking the box is NOT ALLOWED. Why even have it as an option?! Then you can have one free call, any further calls cost £3, which is totally unreasonable. Uninstalled.

I set up the phone call for my daughter, had a listen to it to make sure it said what I needed it to say and was really happy. Until I realised that you can only play that free phone call once. Apparently now if I want a call for my child to listen to I have to pay over £3 for the privilege 😡 wasted call.. think the creators need to be aware that responsible parents like to vet what they are subjecting their kids to before actually doing it.
