I try to report an event on the app but it was so slow that it kept freezing and I couldn't report.

I often need to vent to release pressure. SafeUT is a great space for venting. Sometimes the tips are more helpful and specific, while othertimes it is the generic stuff, which is why I can see how others may not find it as helpful. Works great on computer and phone.

It's alright I suppose, but definetly isn't the most reliable. Whether it be the long delay when sending/recieving messages or unhelpful advice, it feels difficult to communicate with others. Not to say it hasn't helped in certain situations because it absolutely has, but it's not uncommon to find yoirself questioning whether or not the person you are speaking too is qualified. The biggest issue for sure though is the delay in sending messages.

Here is why I dont like it. You might be hating me soon but I tried it and it did not give me any helpful advice. Also my sister that day had suicidal thoughts they sent the police which not only made her condition worse but made the whole family stressed out. On top of it people just use it for the most pety excuses and really most of the downloads are from teachers petz trying to flex.

Not very reliable. It's kinda depressing just by it self, it needs like a little cute fun colorful mascot or something that brings a smile to your face.
