I have ordered from the big bazar section, items got delivered and during delivery the agent said some items are not available you will get refund within 2 days. It has been 7 days and I have repeatedly sent mails to support. No one even responded to that mail let alone the refund. Its not that I am asking for cash back. Just the money i paid for items which were not delivered. This was my first order and the experience is pathetic. Poorest app.

Very very bad service. No customer care at all. It took one full day for payment to get reflected and order to get accepted. They don't supply all what we order. I didn't get an item what i ordered and I'm unable to raise complaint as care is not reachable. Never go for it. Yeah one more thing. I'm given an item at Rs 30 where as actual mrp is printed as 22

It is very difficult to shop, as most of the products are never displayed. Only specific products, possibly the company wants to sell are easily seen or listed. It is very time consuming and the app lags. The experience is no where close to Amazon or even Grofers. Even the products are expensive as compared to other online platforms.

Useless app. I have written a complaint 2 months ago about voucher not received,there is no response. Called 2-3 times customer care. They say system is not updated. Not able to understand how these people are working. System is not updated from past 2 months. Would have given 0 star as rating. But their is option only as minimum we can rate as 1 star. At the time of making profit club card, they will tell you multiple benefits. But when it comes to services. They will nevwr respond. 0 rating

I resonance the others. Two major problems 1. No way to connect with BB post order 2. Order won't come in the slot chosen. They won't even update you. 2. Post order is placed, they remove items from it and say will refund amount. Why the hell they take order then? Looking at other apps and services, this is worst.

Pathetic service and customer support I place an order on May 23rd, it was same day delivery. They cancelled it after 3 days without any justification. The refund was supposed to be credited to the future pay wallet in 7 days, it didn't. Tried calling the nearby big bazar on which order was placed, call not connected, customer care doesn't bother about your issues either. They raised a complaint for the sake of showing some empathy maybe. Posting it here on June 7th. Still waiting for refund
