Using BlueStacks

Can even download the app on one phone, on the other phone it downloaded but won't pair!!!! This whole thing sucks in a big way, smh even Alexa can't find it!!!! So discouraged

Used to work fine, let me turn on and off change colour, dim lights now it only turns off on and dims with Alex, it won't let Alex change colour I.need to use app.to change colour, PANTS

Does not work with Google home. Also wants permission to access everything on your phone. Tried efamily cloud but it won't find any of the plugs.
