Mostly it's pretty nice being able to check out books, read them on my phone and have them return themselves before accruing a fine. It would be nice to have an option of renewing like traditional libraries, if only for a short period. The app itself is not intuitive and it took me several months and calling the library for assistance before I got the idiosyncrasies worked out. Like, there are two ways to access "bookshelf" & of them wouldn't let me play the book, only look at it. Other stuff

We LOVE OverDrive! They have an excellent selection of books - both ebooks and audio books. We constantly keep audio books in our on loan and on hold files. We would not leave home without it because it is great listening in the car and it turns out to be excellent to listen to audiobooks when you work around the house. We are very grateful for the option of OverDrive!

I LOVE this app. I've used it for years now. I have a 20 minute drive to and from work. The latest improvements are awesome! Now if I miss a hold notification I'm not taken off the list completely I am just moved down the list! Also my parents live 2.5 hours away. I used to fall asleep driving. Not anymore. I download a book and listen to it while driving. Thank you! Thank you!

It works but has various annoying features or lack of features. I can't tell how to tell what page of the overall book I'm on. Tapping the screen often highlights a term, which blocks other words and is hard to dismiss. It seems complicated to find the books I've checked out and add them to read. Why is that not automatic? But in the end, it does let me read the book at least

As others have mentioned, it is very hard to navigate. I can no longer sign in using my email and must use my library card number. That is just one of several issues. I went to my local library and they could not really ex plain what read going on but did mention that they are getting a lot of complaints. They recommended that I prove feedback as their concerns have been ignored by their management.

There are two things that need to be changed. 1) If the books from all the libraries were consolidated in one page, it would make it much easier to find the books when they are available to be borrowed or to read. 2) when I minimize the app window, it is very difficult to pause the audiobook. Hoopla has the feature where it shows up where notifications show up. With overdrive, I have to open the app select the book and then pause it. It is much more complicated.
