The rules listed in this app are fake or exaggerated. I just watched a DS9 episode and the actual rule 17 was mentioned and it is no where to be found in this app. Btw rule 17 is "a contract is a contract is a contract... but only between ferengi". This list is a fun fantasy, however it is not the official list. If you want some fun and don't care about accuracy, then this list could be for you. If you, like me, care about accuracy, then this list is not for you.
