I really liked this app when I fist used it but somewhere alone the line it changed. I do not get credit for checking in as much as I should. Example today I have signed in 4 times. And only received credit for 1 check in toward my gas. But 3 times toward my free coffee. This month I don't even get anything for the gas no coupons at all. I don't understand this and they never get back to me when I email my questions

UPDATE: can now log in and use, but no triclean tuesday coupon, nor mothers day coupon. Frustrating!!! since update i cant even use the app. i used it daily too! Update: uninstalled and reinstalled many times. i used this religiously everyday, many times a day and now i can do anything. ill change my rating when this isnfixed, im a little pissed i have points and couons i cant even use now because I cant even open the app now! Keeps telling me to update it, even though i already have!

for the last month or so I have not been receiving any rewards. I swipe my tag, or at least enter my phone number, every single day. I buy just under $20. worth of items 1 to 3 times per day. I was always getting my rewards before, but now nothing. Has something changed?

Alot of stores offer a rewards program, but Big Apple by far has the most rewarding! Great prizes, free drinks, and money off product. An absolute reward program you must have!
