I just paid inr 550 and as soon as I did the app started crashing not giving me access to what I have paid for. I feel foolish for having paid up despite seeing such challenges of others and cheated for having paid up and received nothing. This is a travesty. I am going to write to the management. Even if this is a tech failure the lack of response on this continuing problem is criminal. Please Do not download. Do not subscribe / pay till this is fixed.

Lousy app.. it is not sync'ed with their servers - so it does not knows the magazines that you have paid for .. and asks for payment for articles who are free on the net! AVOID installing and filling up your phone..

App was working fine before subscribing. It hasn't opened after subscription as it keeps crashing. Google play isn't refunding the amount as "it doesn't meet with their policy". A good magazine needs a good tech support team. Please work on this and provide refund for similar cases too.

I had paid for printed issues. Due to lockdown I wanted to read digital issues. But the app doesn't provide them

The app's performance sucks big time. It takes close to a minute to start any article. Most frustrating part is, I have subscribed to Outlook Business but I don't have access to its online magazine whereas I can access to every other magazine of Outlook. The icing on the cake is, I have reported the issue to their customer support team on 29-July but the issue is still not fixed. I have been told the issue is communicated to the concerned team. Honestly I don't think anybody is really concerned.
