Not able to understand a single thing since 2 days when the classes started on this app. My network speed is more than 1mbps whole day but when I have class on this app my network speed automatically decreases to 1-2 kbps . Please do something related to this since 2 days of using this app I could understand only 1 formula and nothing else.

Very bad app. idk why it decreases my internet speed whenever I have a class on this app. voice of teachers is unclear. Since 2 days of using this app, I am not able to understand a single thing. The voice of sir is audible only for a few seconds (in this time the voice which comes is type of someone using piano) and then voice goes for 1-2 minutes. The screen is also like a tortoise. It shows words written on it after 1-2 minutes it is written. Please do something related to this.
