At the point of subscription I was informed by the retail agent that we would be receiving an additional amount as benefit. But after multiple calls with them, I have realized it was just a fake information which was shared with me. Even after talking to multiple people from their call centre, they have informed me that there is nothing which they could do about it which is actually disappointing. There are multiple apps which provides much beneficial rates I would recommend to opt for them.

I have been using Otipy since a long and impressed too. They deliver the items super fast and with tracking service. The range of products, most of which are impossible to find on the mainstream market is very good and the prices are reasonable.

One thing which attracted me towards the Otipy app is it's user friendly interface. From searching bar to ordering the product everything is soo convenient and one can easily understand the whole thing. Highly recommended app for all.

Otipy is my go to app for groceries. Team is very supporting and if any issue arises then solves tht on priority. Nowadays getting this type of customer service is very difficult to find and Otipy wins on this segment. Highly recommended app for everyone out there.

They always give you less weight and never refund the difference from their side. You need to highlight the weight difference all the time, if u want your refund. If someone doesn't raise the issue, they won't refund the money. So use this app only to order things on peice and not on weight. Weight scammers.

#scamotipy (0.01 rating) This is by far the worst app to exist..... With the most horrible customer service there possibly could be😡😡😡 We added the money in the app wallet and ordered groceries but the order got cancelled, we again placed order and it got cancelled yet again. This has happened 4 times in a row and the money keeps getting deducted..😡whenever we lodge a complaint a formality ticket gets raised stating "a representative will call in 30-45 mins" no calls no response.. #scamotipy
