Everything about the app version of TOM is great. My only complaint which is a pretty big one, is the image quality. I own a Note 9 and for some reason whenever I look at a items pictures they're always in really bad quality. (480p-ish) It gets to a point where it makes me not want to use the app because I can just go on the website and look at the figures with HD images on there. So if these guys can fix this then my rating will go from a 4 to 5 :)

My expectation on this app was great. I downloaded it and when I opened it, the app crash. I can't even do anything yet.

I love this but I think you should let the people using the app change the currency of what there using I'm there country or contanant cause I live in uk and it says I'm using dollars when I'm supposed to use pounds so plz fix that but still I love this app

The app is marvelous and if you download QooApp (also an amazing app) theres discount codes and giveaways. However i wish there was a option to buy used products, 80% of items are out of my price range.

I just wanted to say that I and loved one have had a very bad experience with this app and the site as a whole. No matter what we do when we go to check out it gives us an error message and wont let us proceed. No matter what. Its a shame because there was one nendroid a family member wanted and ot wouldnt allowe us to check out and now their gone and she is very sad.

App is fine for simply shopping and buying what you want, checking your order status, and going through your wishlist. There are some issues however. Photos don't load properly, you'll often see just the top part of the product photo. Lots of selections just cause the app to crash such as wishlist trends and best sellers which you can view just fine on the desktop page. All in all, it's serviceable but needs some work.
