It's a good app concept. I've enjoyed sending support messages to anime studios and it helps me keep my Otaku Mode balance active. However, I haven't been able to start the app recently. It gets frozen at the startup screen.

At the very beginning of this app I thought it would be revolutionary... turns out it is just some battery-consuming junk from Tokyo Otaku Mode, which is a terrible store anyway since they cancel preorders like it meant nothing to their clients, they also removed the chance to afford low-cost novelty items by turning in the credit earned from Otaku Coin, since they changed the website rules and now you can only use 20% of a product's cost with these online discount tokens. Worth for nothing.

I had high hopes for this app and when it's finally released, an error message pops up saying that it couldn't start with this device (Vivo 1808). I'm quite disappointed but overall, it is a great concept to connect the fans to the company themselves. I hope that this error will be fixed in the nearest future. Edit : I finally got it working! However, I still don't get the full potential of the app. I'll be adding one extra star for this.

This app is very easy to use and beautifully designed. I love being able to support some of my favorite anime companies through short supportive messages. The only downside is that there are only a couple you can choose from but you can write a request to add more which is nice. Overall great app and a great idea.

Worked fine a few months ago, but hasn't worked for a few months. Tried a reinstall but still gets stuck on title screen.

Step 1: Download app Step 2: App refuses to run. All I get is a error "Could not start app on this device". Repeat Step 1 on new device Step 3: Finally get one that works and get greeted with Registrations are closed message Step 4: Wonder how they failed so hard to have the app running on most all devices as well as failing to be ready for large registration numbers. Edit: new update still no fix to phone compatabilty issues.
