I cannot get past the registration process. App circles back to the registration page after I receive confirmation that I registered successfully. This STEM "toy" was NOT cheap. One would expect that the company would have much better technical support. However, perhaps your business model assumes these problems but you gave decided that, with the money in hand, it's not worth the effort to fix. The reviews show very low ratings. It's a shame.

I bought this SmartGlobe Starry in Honduras as a Christmas gift for a 11-year old boy. He loves the globe and the constellations that show in the dark. The app was very slow to download (10 min or more). Then very difficult to figure out. Don't try to fill in the information on the first screen. Swipe from the right and you find the actual places to create an account and login. Once successful it is very entertaining for this boy. We set up in Spanish and he is having a ball answering quiz questions (capitals of countries, when was the Eiffel tower built, etc.) He can make dinosaurs and tigers appear, learn about them and also project them through my cell phone camera so it seems they are walking in my house. Some features we haven't figured out yet. I don't know if they are for different globes. There are no decent instructions for the app, so it's trial and error, but what works is fascinating to him and he is very happy with the globe and the app. I would give 3 stars for difficulty in using, but decided on 4 stars due to the happiness of the child, now that he can do so many things with the app.

A little clunky. It worked first time for me, unlike for others, but it's a very awkward app to use with the globe. Has the potential to be brilliant, but in its current form, tricky to use. Not intuitive. But at the end of the day, it does what it says it does, I guess.

I purchased the smart globe for the AR factor. after downloading the app (on 2 devices) it won't scan the QR code on the bottom of the base. It has a way to scan it but doesn't seem to recognize it. I have held it many different ways and distances...still nothing

Abysmally slow on a phone that typically runs new games without breaking a sweat. 20 years ago, a "smart" globe costing $100+ would have all kinds of cool features that were fun to explore, was well made, and not dependent on other devices. Today, $150 apparently gets you a cheap, hollow ball with poorly-placed stickers on it that probably cost $3 to manufacture, and the "smart" features are basically unfinished. Updatable content? Great, please update it. Or just finish it to begin with.

This app does not work at all. When you scan over the globe or the earth's interior or the solar system nothing comes up at all. When you spend 200 plus on something like this you expect it to work. I think I will be sending it back as now my kids have absolutely no interest in this at all.
